The 2025 Internal Scholars
Makanakaishe
Makanakaishe is a future Surgeon. Makanaka is the second child in a family of three girls. Her mother is a teacher and they live in Rusape. She enjoys listening to music and reading novels. Makanaka would like to empower women and encourage them to fulfill their dreams. She is driven by the quote, “For the world to be different, you need to make a change.”
Makanakaishe is attending St George’s College
Tapiwanashe
Tapiwanashe is a future Civil Engineer. Tapiwanashe is the fourth born child in a family of six children. Tapiwanashe stays with his cousin in Chinhoyi. His mother is a subsitence farmer in Karoi. Tapiwanashe loves gardening and he listens to gospel sermons during his free time. He is passionate about construction and has a vision of starting an organization to sponsor the disabled and orphans. Tapiwanashe aspires to motivate students who have a similar story to his.
Tapiwanashe is attending St Johns College.
Bezzel
Bezzel is a future Aerospace Engineer. Meet Bezzel, a self motivated young man who finds joy in playing cricket. He is the third born child in a family of five children. Bezzels father is a self employed electrician. Bezzel enjoys listening to music and is also fond of choir. In the near future Bezzel hopes to achieve his goal of helping disadvantaged young people achieve their dreams.
Bezzel is attending Gateway High school.
Nokutenda
Nokutenda is a future Cardiologist. Nokutenda is the last born in a family of three girls. Her parents are both teachers and live in Norton. She is a focused young lady who aspires to come up with significant inventions in the science field and save lives. Nokutenda is a dedicated artist who loves to draw realistic portraits.

Ngonidzashe
Ngonidzashe is a future Cardiovascular Surgeon. Ngonidzashe lives in Gazebo near Mabvuku. He is the last born in a family of three. His mother is a vendor who sells vegetables. Ngonidzashe enjoys swimming and enjoys the sense of freedom that it gives him. During his free time, Ngonidzashe reads magazines and articles.
Ngonidzashe is attending St Georges College.
Heinze
Heinze is a future Paediatrician.
Heinze is the only child in his family and lives in Belvedere with his aunt.
Heinze enjoys listening to music and taking walks. He is a very kind and passionate young man who is ready to take the initiative and he inspires
his peers to do the same. Heinze would love to advocate for the most vulnerable children in the society thus he wants to pursue
a career in paediatrics.
Heinze is attending Hellenic Academy.
Kudakwashe
Kudakwashe is a future Quantum Physicist!
Kudakwashe lives with her parents in Manicaland. Her father is a retired police sergeant who is now self-employed and her mother teaches at a government primary school.
She was born second in a family of four children. She enjoys debate, nature-watching and public speaking. Kudakwashe has hopes of becoming a motivational speaker in the future.
Kudakwashe is attending Gateway High School.
Matifadza
Matifadza is a future Software Engineer.
Matifadza is a talented chess player who is the second born in a family of three girls. Her father runs a small catering business from home and her mother is a government
school teacher. Matifadza is a brilliant artist who enjoys painting and drawing. She hopes to use her passion for computer science to make the world a better place.

Rafiq
Rafiq is a future Civil Engineer.
Rafiq, a second born child in a family of four.
His father is an agronomist and his mother is a teacher. Rafiq’s vision is to be able to apply his acquired knowledge in problem
solving projects to tackle global challenges. Rafiq is an amazing basketball player who also enjoys gardening.
Rafiq is fascinated by swimming and is happy to perfect his swimming skills while he is staying at the Makomborero boarding house.

Masimba
Masimba is a future Neurosurgeon.
Masimba lives with both of his parents and he is the forth born child in a family of five children.He enjoys landscaping and has wonderful woodworking skills.
Masimba wishes to give back to his community by using his personal skills to help young people do their best in everything.He loves playing chess and during his spare time, he listens to music.
Masimba is attending Hellenic Academy.

Annie
Annie is a future Medical Doctor.
Annie lives with her parents and two siblings. Annie’s mother is a teacher and her father is a CCTV operator. She is the first born in a family of 3 children. During her free time, Annie enjoys exploring landscapes, rivers and forests. She is constantly amazed by the wonders and beauty of nature. Annie is excited to pursue medicine to make a positive impact in her community. She would love to do things to help her community in Marondera as a way of giving back to the community and helping those in need.

Tinotenda
Tinotenda is a future Physician.
Tinotenda is the first born of three. She resides with her mother who works for the government. Tinotenda loves drawing and has a passion for culinary arts . She is an avid reader. Her dream is to find a cure for HIV.
Tinotenda is attending Harare High
Tapiwanashe
Tapiwanashe is a future Dermatologist.
Tapiwa is a kind, young lady who lives in Belvedere with her parents. She aspires to own a clinic that helps with skin issues and to have her own skin care brand. Her father is a mechanic and my mother is a police officer. She is a talented singer and she is good at plaiting hair. Her goal is to make a positive impact on those around her.

Ruvarashe
Ruvarashe is a future Surgeon.
Ruvarashe is the third-born in a family of four. She lives in Budiriro with her mother and younger brother. She has a heart full of ambition and a passion for uplifting others. She enjoys singing, crafting poems and expressing her creativity through drawing. As well as becoming a surgeon, Ruvarashe dreams of making a significant impact in the lives of talented but disadvantaged students.

Stanslaus
Stanslaus is a future Chemical Engineer.
Stanslaus is an ambitious and hard working young man who resides in Glen Norah A, Harare. He is the last of three children. His mother is a cook and the breadwinner of the family. He is a kind person who wishes to give back to his loving community by enabling others to unlock and utilize their talents. He loves learning new things and enjoys playing basketball and listening to music

Tatenda
Tatenda is a future Artificail Intelligence Engineer & Data Scientist.
Tatenda is the middle child in a family of 3. He lives in Glaudina with his mother. His mother is a housewife and his father is a truck driver. He enjoys gaming and programming and venturing into the different categories of computer science. He is also into sight-seeing. He plans to use his Computer Science knowledge as a weapon to curb the different global challenges being faced by humans in different fields of life.

Charles
Charles is a future Software Engineer.
Charles is the first born in a family of four boys. He lives with his father and two siblings in Budiriro. His father is a retired police officer but now working as an EcoCash (mobile money) agent and his mother is a school teacher in Bonda. He enjoys listening to music, gaming and playing chess. He wants to make his parents proud and to give back to his community.
Charles is attending Glenview 1 High School.
Definate
Definate is a future Agricultural Engineer.
Definate lives with his family. He is one of four children and he is the third born. His mother sells snacks and his father is a boiler maker. He enjoys reading, praying and sometimes just relaxing while listening to music. In the future Definate would like to give back to disadvantaged communities and start a scholarship to help other children who have had experiences similar to his own.
Definate is attending Watershed College
Kudzaishe
Kudzaishe is a future Aeronautical Engineer.
Kudzaishe lives with his uncle and aunt. His mother is a teacher and a peasant farmer. Kudzaishe is the third of six children. He enjoys listening to music and watching Korean dramas. He aspires to have a company that manufactures aircrafts in the future. Kudzaishe would love to venture into Philanthropy as a way of giving back to his community.
